Short and Long Course Applications

Dear Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust,

Please supply a list of funded and rejected applications to your short and long course committees from 2010 to date.

Please include Job title, role, AFC band, department, amount funded (or requested and rejected), overall name of course/event attended, summary of funded items (e.g hotel, conference, course, food).
It would be helpful if you could label the staff members 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc. to allow for multiple applications by the same member of staff to be collated.

Any other items which you feel would be of use would be well received. The purpose is to analyse funding in different clinical areas and different skill sets.
