shoplifting incidents in Wolverhampton and Birmingham

Dear West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner,

My name is Xinyu Hu, I’m an international student in the University of Wolverhampton. I would like to put in an FOI request to find out the number of shoplifting incidents in December in 2016, 2017 and 2018 please.

Could you please break down this information to include:

*the names of the top 5 shops where the shoplifting incidents have taken place in Wolverhampton (WV1, WV2, WV3, WV4, WV10) in December 2016, 2017 and 2018 - and the number of incidents each year for that month
*the names of the top 5 shops where the shoplifting incidents have taken place in Birmingham city (B1 B2 B3 B4) in December 2016, 2017 and 2018 - and the number of incidents each year for that month
* the total value of the goods taken from each shop
