Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

I would be grateful for the following information in respect of the shop unit at 163 Park Lane N17 0HJ, which I understand is still owned by Haringey Council, and for which I was during part of 2016 and 2017 a named tenant at will, on behalf of the Northumberland Park Residents Association.

Please supply me with a copy of any documents relating to any income received by the Council for use of this unit during the period from 1 November 2018 to today.

Please also supply me with a copy of any advertisement made during the same period for letting out the unit.

Yours faithfully,
Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Mr Lindsay-Smith,

Thank you for your request for information received on 01 November 2019,
in which you asked for the following:

My response is as follows:

The property was occupied under a Tenancy at Will which commenced on 1^st
May 2016. The rent demanded for this was for a peppercorn rent meaning
that no income was received. The Tenancy at Will was formally brought to
an end with effect from 6^th June 2019 when the keys were handed back.

Between the period 1^st November 2018, which is when you vacated the
premises, to the present day the Council has received no income.

The property was put on the market on 26^th June 2019, please find
attached the marketing particulars.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Corporate
Feedback Team (please note you should do so within two months of this
response).

Yours sincerely,
