Sheltered Housing in Lyme Close, Huyton.
Dear Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council,
Can you tell me, is it true that the residential care for pensioners who live in the sheltered accommodation in Lyme Close, Longview, is being cut?
If so, what are the plans for the properties there?
Yours faithfully,
Paul of the Woods Family

Dear Mr Woods
Freedom of Information request F2014.12.875
Apologies for the delay in responding to your request. We have looked into your request for information about sheltered Housing in Lyme Close, and our response is shown below.
Residential care and sheltered housing are two very different types of accommodation, Lyme Close is sheltered accommodation and the properties belong to Knowsley Housing Trust, KHT, not the council. KHT would need to be contacted in relation to their plans for the scheme and for any individual residents future needs.
Kind regards
