I can confirm that the information requested is held by Westminster City
Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to
you. 
 
1. How many sheltered housing and extra care units are there in the
borough?
Sheltered Housing: 2094 units
Extra Care: 77 units
 
2. How many sheltered housing and extra care blocks of flats are there in
the borough?
Sheltered Housing: 47 schemes.
Extra Care: 2 schemes
 
3. Of these available units (referring to question 1), what are the
[current] void rates?
This information is not held.
4. Of the current blocks of flats (referring to question 2), how many of
the blocks are [currently] void/vacant?
None
5. How many units are 'fit for purpose' (referring to question 1)? i.e.
meet the needs of the group they purport to serve 
The units are fit for purpose and suitable for residents who chose to live
there.
