Hi,

The legal deadline for our FOI request has passed some time ago, and we have not received a response.

By law, under all circumstances, you should have responded by now.

If we haven’t received a response by Monday 6th January, I will be requesting an internal review.

I appreciate how busy you are, so your help is very much appreciated.

Thank you,

Grace Holliday

Hi Holly,

Apologies, the original request was made by Robin Brinkworth, so you'll find it under his name - we use the same What Do They Know account, hence the confusion! We never actually got any receipt or reference number for the original request, but it concerned the number of rough sleeper deaths in Sheffield. The original request is as follows:

"Could you please provide me with the following information:
How many rough sleepers have died in Sheffield in the last five years? Please break down by year, and age and gender of the individual. What is the council's currrent budget for supporting rough sleepers?
If you require any clarification or there are any issues with the processing of this request, please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise, I expect a response within the statutory deadline of 20 working days from the receipt of this request. "

Thanks,

Grace Holliday
