Dear James Knapton,
I would like to clarify my request by limiting the scope of the search to the 'Information Compliance Office, the Security Office or the University Information Services'. Whilst I understand that this might not cover all instances, I understand from your response that it will apply to the majority. With that in mind I would ask for the same information as in my original FOI, with this limiting conditions.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Franklin

This response suggests that narrowing the request down to the: "Information Compliance Office, the Security Office and the University Information Services" might result in a request which comes in under the cost limit.
