Dear Robertson Margaret,
thank you for your reply, but could you please clear a couple of things up? i noticed on the dunn and bradstreet site for companys that glenochil prison is a trading company, how come? it also gives two different address's for glenochil prison, 1. HMS prison service glenochil alloa, and 2. HMS prison glenochil, tingonuors rd, tullibody alloa.
if glenochil is a trading company like it says on the dunn and bradstreet site, can you tell me who it is trading with. answers to the above question would be great, thanks for your help.
Yours sincerely,
brian ovens
SENT ON BEHALF OF DAN GUNN, GOVERNOR, HMP GLENOCHIL
Dear Mr Ovens
Glenochil Prison is not a trading company and has never been one; neither in the strict business definition (a firm that connects buyers and sellers within the same or different countries but does not get involved in the owning or storing of merchandise .... is compensated by the seller usually with a sells commission), nor in the legal definition (an association engaged in a business for profit with ownership interests represented by shares of stock). It can only be assumed that the entry in the Dun and Bradstreet site for companies is an erroneous one.
The correct address for Glenochil Prison is -
HM Prison Glenochil
King O'Muir Road
Tullibody
Alloa
Clackmannanshire FK10 3AD
I hope this information is helpful to you.
