Yes – Strategic Commissioning and Procurement Team sits across the People Programme Area – Adults/Children’s/Public Health.

2. Please describe your plans for joint working between Social Care and Health.

A detailed submission is being developed as part of the better Care Fund programme that will further bring together health, social care and other public sector commissioners and providers. Details on the Better Care Fund are publically accessible.
