b)      I can confirm there was minor email correspondence between the
parties stated, however this was predominantly to circulate the
information attached in response to a) above and / or to confirm meetings
as noted in the minutes also attached.  In accordance with Southwark’s
retention schedule, officers are not obliged to keep minor emails for any
length of time and so I can confirm that following a search of officers'
records, no further correspondence is held in relation to the Shard
Southwark Vocational Programme.

c)      I am able to confirm that 477 students have enrolled since 1 Jun
2011. At this time, the council has not requested any demographic
information as per your request and so therefore this information is not
held.
