Dear Hampshire Constabulary,

I am writing to obtain documents and emails pertaining to the Shanaz Network.

A report (https://www.west-midlands.police.uk/wmpe...) indicated that Shanaz operated in the across the UK, and that a national guidance document on Shanaz was created and distributed to all police forces. This was a 'best practice' document. A previous request (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...) indicated that persons working on Shanaz used their own force's computers and systems, and not a centralised one.

Please send me a copy of this document, and any documents related to the Shanaz network held on your computers.

The article also indicated that regular reports were sent regarding Shanaz.

Please send me a copy of any reports sent or received regarding the Shanaz network.

Yours faithfully,

Sam Andrews

Dear Hampshire Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hampshire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Shanaz project'.

This request can be reduced. Please ask for all relevant parties to search computers and inboxes for documents related to Shanaz between the given dates, which should be a narrow search and not exceed the limit. A simple search on computers for designated terms should not take more than a few minutes per person, on an old model computer. Faster models should take less time.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Sam Andrews
