Sexual Misconduct Data since 2013 to 2019

I write to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act:
For each of the last Seven calendar years: 2013,2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 ,2018 and 2019 please state the number of doctors referred to the MPTS for allegations of
a) sexual misconduct
b) sexual harassment
c) sexual assault
d) rape
Please provide any official definitions your organisation uses to categorise allegations of a sexual nature.
2. Please provide a breakdown of whether the complainant was
a) A member of the public
b) A patient
c) A health professional
3. Please state the number of doctors that received:
a) Bans on practising
b) Suspensions on practising
c) Formal reprimands
d) Complaint upheld, no formal action
e) Complaint not upheld
f) Any other outcome not listed above (please specify)
