Sexual misconduct by staff

East Hertfordshire District Council did not have the information requested.

Dear East Hertfordshire District Council, Please provide details on a year by year basis from 2006 onward of any staff disciplined for sexual misconduct within your authority including month/year and the nature of the offense. I am not requesting names or personal details.
By sexual misconduct I mean activities including but not limited to: Rape, sexual assault, groping, sexual activity while at work, accessing pornography, inappropriate use of IT systems, indecent exposure and any criminal offence that would place the employee on the sex offenders register.
In addition after the disciplinary process did the employee continue to work.
