Further to your freedom of information request below I can confirm that
the Trust is engaging a section 40 (5) exemption as it can neither confirm
nor deny holding this information. If we did hold this information, it
would be withheld from disclosure as section 40 (2) would be engaged.  We
consider that either confirming or denying whether we hold this
information would be in itself a disclosure of personal data.

I also confirm that we do not have a member of staff named Paul
Cartwright.

During the past ten years, how many complaints have been made by current
or former staff against Paul Cartwright, or other current or former
directors, of any form of sexual misconduct, including but not limited to
inappropriate comments, inappropriate behaviour, and or offering career
enhancement for sexual favours.
