'Sexual harassment complaints
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please advise me of the number of complaints of sexual harassment
made to the council since 1 April 2009 by staff, councillors and
members of the public.
Please break down the count as follows:
* Total complaints made
* Complaints made by staff
* Complaints made by councillors
* Complaints made by members of the public
* Complaints against a member of staff
* Complaints against a councillor
* Complaints against a member of the public
Please also supply counts of:
* The number of complaints referred to police
* the number of complaints which resulted in formal disciplinary
action
* The number of complaints where informal action, such as a
reprimand or training, was taken
* the number of complaints where no further action was taken

I love the use of their term "slight delay". This was made back in March.
Very poor despite the ICO monitoring. Then again this abusive and not for purpose Council arrogantly carries on regardless as it did after the Klonowski Report.

you. Because of the way our system (excluding Councillors) records
complaint cases, we would have to search on each case and then extract the
information to see what nature of complaint it was.
Officers are reviewing how long the rest of your request would take to
facilitate and we will be able to send you a full response or reason for
refusal next week.
