Sexual harassment

The request was successful.

Dear Lisburn and Castlereagh District Council,

Can you tell me how many cases of sexual harassment against an elected representative have been reported to the council each year in the last five years please - each year separately?

And can you tell me what type of action, if any, was taken in each case please?

Yours faithfully,

Shauna

Freedom of Information, Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council

Good morning Shauna

Thank you for your enquiry of 8th January 2018, that is being treated as a Freedom of Information enquiry. You have supplied an email address but before your enquiry can be processed you would need to provide the Council with your full name, first name and surname.

Part I Section 8 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act states that an FOI enquiry must "state the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence". Guidance notes provided by the ICO state that the provision of A FIRST NAME in isolation is not sufficient under its definition of a real name and would therefore request you provide your surname in addition to the information you have already provided.

Once I receive this I can progress your request.

Kind regards
Avril
