Dear Merseyside Police,

2, How many have absconded off the Sex offenders register

By this I mean how many people have failed to sign the register and absconded or dissapeared

4, How many have re-offended off the Sex offenders register

By this I mean how many people that sign the register have re-offended, or committed another sex offence during the period that they were on the register.

I trust that this has made things more clear for you

Yours faithfully,

Andy Leary

Dear Merseyside Police,

How many have absconded off the Sex offenders register:
This means, how many have failed to sign and absconded or dissapeared

How many have re-offended off the Sex offenders register:
This means, how many offenders have re-offended during the period that they are required to sign the sex offenders register.

I have already clarified this on a previous occasion.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Leary

Dear Merseyside Police,

I already clarified the two issues that you had difficulty understanding on the 15th November.
There is a public record of this clarification that you claim not to have recieved.
I shall therefore expect my answer within 20 days of the 15th of November.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Leary

Merseyside Police

Mr Leary,
There would appear to be some confusion. You originally made an
FOI application dated 23.44 on 05/11/10 concerning registered sex offenders
(received by Merseyside Police 08/11/10), you then sent an identical
request in dated 19.49 13/11/10. I asked for clarification re two issues on
15/11/10 and clarification was duly received from yourself 16/11/10. I am
now asking you to clarify a separate issue detailed below;

Please can you clarify what you mean by "out on licence on the sex
offenders register".

Your request is supended and further work on your request will not continue
until clarification is received. Thank you.

Dear Merseyside Police,

"out on licence on the sex
offenders register".

By this, I mean how many have been released from prison on licence and are now signing the sex offenders register having been released on license.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Leary
