Dear Severn Trent Plc,

There does not seem to have been any response to the most recent request by Kelly Driver for clarification, made on 1 October 2008, when she commented that she had made one report of Hydrogen sulphide (Sewer Gas) release from Severn Trent Sewers in the relevant time period (Aug 07 - Aug 08).
