Serving Personnel with Criminal Records
Dear Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service,
Please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
1. At what frequency are DBS checks undertaken on Fire Service personnel?
2. Are these DBS checks made at a basic or enhanced level?
3. A copy of your approved policy which deals with the issue of an employee being found to have a criminal record.
4. Please tell me the number of employees who were found to have a criminal record, by year:
1. 2009
2. 2010
3. 2011
4. 2012
5. 2013
6. 2014
