*Also could it be explained to me re: if an organisation came to SE Trust with a Pilot
Project if generally (or in your procurement criteria/policies) this would be exempt from the tendering process?

I am not sure what you mean by Estates/ ICT but my question refers to a contract between a charity/ organisation/ company and the Trust- the charity being in contract for a service provision such as that of health care/support/advocacy.
