Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

Where the FCA has been presented with evidence of mistruthful misstatements based on lies by the other party and the FCA ignores this and sends a report which is “false and known” by the sender of the report then :

1. Is the other party & FCA breaking the “Malicious communications act 1988” by : S1.(a) of the act : Any person ( FCA/SU) sending a person (Other SU) a letter , electronic communication or article of any description which conveys :
iii: “information which is false (in the section 7 report ) which is known to be false (FCA/SU).

2. Is the SU or FCA guilty of an offence under the malicious communications act 1988 where the recipient has experienced anxiety and distress as a result of the information which is false within the section 7 report and the misstatement the report was based on ?
