Dear Ministry of Defence,

I would like to know:

1. How many visits to Iraq has been made by any member of the Service Prosecution Authority regarding any allegation against British Forces raised by either the Iraq Historical Allegations Team, the Service Police Legacy Investigations, Public Interest Lawyers or Leigh Day, and when were these visits made?

2. How many visits to any other country has any member of the Service Prosecution Authority made to facilitate the above allegations, for what reason, and to which countries?

Yours faithfully,

Robert Campbell
