Dear Regional Schools Commissioner for East Midlands and the Humber,

Welton CE Academy (previously Welton CE Primary School) joined the David Ross Education Trust (DRET) in the autumn of 2012. I would be interested to know the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators that the council set and that were agreed by DRET prior to the handover. I would like to know who is responsible for monitoring these SLA's and KPI's and how often they are scrutinised by Northamptonshire County Council.

Yours faithfully,

NS SHEPPARD

RSC, EMH, Regional Schools Commissioner for East Midlands and the Humber
