Could you please provide me with a copy of the Service Level Agreement (SLT) or other similar official guidance, agreement or document between DEFRA and The Energy Saving Trust (EST) for the administration of the Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme (CVRAS)?

To assist you I am looking for any document(s) that direct The Energy Saving Trust to comply with, implement or ensure that Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 is complied with by HM Government in delivering CVRAS.
