The information that you have requested is published on the Care
Inspectorate's website www.scswis.com therefore, is exempt from release
under section 25(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
(FOI(S)A).  This exemption can be applied if an applicant can reasonably
obtain information other than by requesting it under section 1(1) of
FOI(S)A . The exemption in section 25 is absolute, in that it is not
subject to the public interest test set out in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA.
