I would like to know if you can provide the JAMES information for a vehicle reg number LM43AA.

I have the merlin report but I believe the JAMES system gives more in depth details on work carried out and maintenance of the vehicle.

If this information is unavailable or classified could you explain why such information should not be available to the public?
