Dear Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust,

1. Please could you tell me how many masculinising genital surgical procedures were performed in the year 1st January 2023 to 1st January 2024.
2. Please could you list the types of surgical procedures performed and the numbers for each - eg hysterectomy, phalloplasty, metoidoplasty and any others related to the service.
3. Please could you tell me how many surgical site wound infections (SSI) there were and/or your rate of SSI for these operations.
4. Please could you tell me how many cases of unplanned return to theatre for treatment of complications/surgical site revision or similar there were for this cohort of patients.
5. Please could you tell me how many of this cohort of patients required admission to the Intensive Care Unit postoperatively.
