Thank you very much for your request for information below:

Just a slight correction, the post of Service director : HR & Shared
Transactional Services is contracted until 31.03.2012.

1. Capability & Performance Improvement Ltd.
2. £152,000 from 16.11.10 to 31.03.12.
3. Approx £117,677 (based on the contract period being 15.5 months).
4. The third party business was employed through an employment recruitment
exercise.
5. This decision was made by Will Godfrey - Director of Corporate
Services.
6. A previous Recruitment Campaign was run to recruit a Service Director
for Strategic HR - the recruitment process was abandoned as none of the
candidates passed the assessment process. 7. Because Capability &
Performance Improvement Ltd had the requisite skills/experience to fulfill
a difficult brief of managing both Strategic HR and a Shared Transactional
Service Centre.
8. No other HR employees at Bristol City Council have been or are
currently contracted by Capability & Performance Improvement Ltd.
9. We have no knowledge of any current HR employees being employed by any
third party business.
10. Not applicable.
