Dear Northumberland County Council,
Please publish all versions of the report by ImPower entitled 'Future Service Delivery' - Options Appraisal and High Level Business Case for a 'Partnership of Place' held by NCC from 2012

Please publish all correspondence with North Tyneside Council in relation to future service delivery from January 2010 to June 2013.

Please release all correspondence (electronically or otherwise) between Cllr Andrew Tebbutt in connection with the Impower Report and list dates of all briefings of Cllr Tebbutt linked to this report.

Dear Enquirer,

In Section 8(1)(b) of the ICO's guidance, it indicates that the real name
of the applicant should be used when making a request and not any other
name for example, a pseudonym.

The ICO guidance states that where an obvious pseudonym is being used we
are under no obligation to comply with the request.

We therefore inform you that under Section 16 we are unable to process
your request until a real name is provided as well as the clarification
requested in our e-mail to you dated 30th December 2016 sent at 10:49.
