Dear Bryant, Tanya,

Thank you for the information you have provided.

I asked for details of how service Charges calculations are made on the 5 largest estates and you have said it could either be by unit, rateable value or square footage depending on the lease.

Presumably the calculations would be the same for all units in a particular estate and therefore this information should be provided. If not, please confirm if the method of calculating service charges varies within an estate.

Yours sincerely,

S Chapman

Dear Bryant, Tanya,

I have still not received all the information which should have been provided by now.

Yours sincerely,

S Chapman

Bryant, Tanya, Camden Borough Council

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Estates in our authority have a mixture of leases, old and new builds.
Most properties for day to day will be unit, and rateable value for  major
works but we have new build on Bourne , holly lodge and maiden lane which
will be by sq ft floor space.

I hope this helps
