Dear Val Llewellyn,

I wish to clarify a point on the response to this request. The response reads:

'Birmingham City Council does not hold asset management plans for Community Libraries with performance information relating to the physical state and required maintenance.'

Does Birmingham City Council have Asset management plans for Community Libraries? If so please provide them as requested.

Yours sincerely,

Jolyon Jones

Dear Val Llewellyn,

I have since my earlier correspondence this afternoon referred to the Corporate Asset Management Plan at the link you provided, which states:

'Below is a brief summary of each of the Service AMPs and the main issues and drivers for each Directorate, reflected in their Service AMPs, (full copies of each of the Service AMPs are available).' (Para 4.1 p47)

So please provide the appropriate Service AMP which covers Community Libraries without further delay

Yours sincerely,

Jolyon Jones
