Service Agreement between PPF and Experian

S Hook made this Freedom of Information request to Board of the Pension Protection Fund

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Board of the Pension Protection Fund,

1.) Please could you provide details regarding any service agreement between yourselves and Experian in regards to the calculation of the risk-based element of the Pension Protection Levy. (What are they contractually required to provide the PPF with?)

2.) Please could you provide details regarding any service agreement between yourselves and Experian with regard to their online portal. (What are they contractually required to provide users with through this portal?)

Providing this information regarding any service agreement would help to clear any confusion regarding with which body responsibilities lie (Experian or PPF) and provide a clear (and referenceable) understanding of what Experian should be providing users with (Trustees, company directors, advisors etc.)
Yours faithfully,

S Hook

Dear Board of the Pension Protection Fund,

Your letter of the 17th August 2016 appears to link my request with the AEA Technology Pension Scheme (as evident in the letter's subject/reference). Please note the inquiry is not linked to this Scheme and I have no involvement with this Scheme at all. This email is to ensure there is no confusion regarding my original request.

Yours faithfully,

S Hook
