We're waiting for Terry Hallworth to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Locala Community Partnerships CIC,
1 - Can you let me know the number, dates and nature of the serious incidents that have been reported within your organisation in the 12 months prior to Mr Robert Flacks departure.
2 - The same information since his departure.
3 - Was the departure of Mr Flack related to the reporting, poor reporting or non-reporting of serious incidents.
4 - The dates of the last and next CQC inspection for the overall organisation.

As recorded at Companies House, Mr Robert Flack ceased to be the Chief
Executive of Locala Community Partnerships CIC on 1 October 2017. The
figures you have requested are worked against this date (i.e. 2 October
2016 – 1 October 2017 and 2 October 2017 to 1 October 2018).

and these are comprised as follows:

3 – “Was the departure of Mr Flack related to the reporting, poor
reporting or non-reporting of serious incidents.”

 

Further to your previous request directed to this organisation on 19
December 2017 where you requested the reason for Mr Flack’s departure, we
reiterate that this information is in the public domain but that for your
ease of reference we again confirm that Mr Flack left Locala in order to
consider new career opportunities.

 

4 – “The dates of the last and next CQC inspection for the overall
organisation.”

 

Dates of all previous Care Quality Commission inspections are in the
public domain on their website and as there have been a number of Locala
services inspected under different reports we will leave you to explore
these at your leisure on that public website. We are unable to appraise
you of the next inspection date as there has been no notification as of
yet as to when the CQC intend to return to inspect or re-inspect any
Locala services.
