Serious Hygiene Concerns at Florian House - Blood Stains on Communal Door
Dear First Choice Homes Oldham,
I would like to make you aware of Anti Social behaviour at Florian House, within the Communal areas there are stains of blood on the door and floor which is putting our health at risk.
There are many people visiting a certain flat who do not live in this flat and have been breaking the current lock down laws in place.
I would like FCHO to visit this flat to check what activities are going on?
Also I would strongly encourage FCHO increases the cleaning in the Communal areas to ensure our health is not at risk.

I acknowledge receipt of your request for an internal review regarding
hygiene concerns at Florian House.
FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011.
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing.
You seek information from FCHO under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004. Please note that the said Regulations relate to
environmental information as defined and set out at regulation 2 (1). Your
request for details relating to blood stains on a communal door does not
fall within the definition of environmental information.
Your request for consideration of the alleged condition of the communal
door at Florian House should in fact be made using FCHOs website section
“Repairs and Maintenance.”

Dear Mohammed Yasser,
I am making you aware of anti social behaviour, there are people in the communal areas smoking, (non smoking signs on wall but these "people" can not read) this is a violation of the current lock-down laws in place.
Maybe I should just report this to the police and advise i have made fcho aware but they are not interested as the rent is being paid by oldham council.
