Dear Rochdale Safeguarding Children Board,

I note that there are significant redactions (and I just refer here to Serious Case Review YP7 SCR RBSCB 20-12-13) without any explanation as to why.

Specifically:

1) why at 1.3 are 2 members of the Review Panel not referred to by either Agency or position?

2) why at 1.5.4 is there no reference to which agency the IMR relates to?

3) why is there a redaction at 1.7.2?

4) why are there redactions at 4.8.2; 4.8.3; 4.8.4 through to 4.8.9?
Also, 4.9.5; 4.9.8; 4.9.9 and 4.9.10?

5) why are there redactions at 6.10 and 6.13?

It would seem to be good practice to give brief explanations as the fullest information is really required.
