Please could you provide a copy of any paper related to Serenity Integrated Mentoring (or similar schemes) which the Board or any committee or subcommittee of the Board has discussed in the last 2 years.

Dear Mr Bell,
In response to your FOI request of 9 May the only papers which mention Serenity Integrated Mentoring as seen by the Board or any sub/committee pertain to the annual report for 2019/20 and a piece for inclusion in our Trust Matters magazine.
The Audit Committee and Board in June 2020 saw the draft annual report which mentioned serenity integrated mentoring (as attached, item dated 17.06 seen by Audit Committee and item dated 19.06 seen by Board).
The Board in January 2020 had a report referencing SIM being included in the latest issue of Trust Matters (also attached).
