We can confirm that we only hold part of the information you have
requested, please see our response to your questions below.

 

Please note that we have interpreted ‘Senior’ to mean staff employed at
grades 0 to 2; and ‘Junior’ to mean staff employed at grades 3 – 6.

 

Questions 1 & 1a - As of the 11 June 2018 the PHSO has 56 employees in
senior roles. No senior members of staff have moved roles during this
period.

 

Questions 1b & 1c – This information is not held.

 

Question 2a - No junior staff have moved into senior roles during the
period of 18 February 2018 to 11 June 2018.

 

Questions 2b & 2c - This information is not held.

 

Question 3a, 3b & 3c - We can confirm that there have been four members of
staff recruited externally into senior positions at PHSO during the period
18 February 2018 to 11 June 2018.

Questions 4a, 4b & 4c – We can confirm 10 senior members of staff left
their positions at PHSO during the period 18 February 2018 to 11 June
2018.

As these individuals are no longer employed by PHSO, disclosure of their
names into the public domain would be against the reasonable expectations
of those concerned. As such, disclosure of this information would not be
fair or lawful which would breach principle (a) of Article 5(1) of the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Furthermore, the conditions as
set out in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR are not met. Accordingly, such
information is exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 by virtue of section 40(3)(a)(i).

We have however provided the job titles/positions for these individuals
along with the last day in service for PHSO in the table below.
