acknowledged.

If it contains an initial (new) request under FOI it will be dealt with in
accordance with section 10 of the Act which means that you are entitled to
receive a response no later than 20 working days after the first working

Due to the volume of e-mail correspondence and FOI applications received,
the Force regrets that individual acknowledgement e-mails will not be sent
even if specifically requested.

If the correspondence cannot be dealt with as FOI, it will be forwarded
internally and you will be advised of the location. Any related
communication must be direct to the identified location and not the FOI

Dear Mr. Peers,

Is your e-mail a request for an internal review, or is it a new request
for the Strategic Management Board record of Actions?

They are both different processes and the former has the potential to
result in the FOI disclosure to you being upheld.

Please clarify which process you wish the Force to deal with?

This matter is no suspended pending clarification.

Yours faithfully

The Record of Actions clearly falls under your request for '...associated reports' and should be released to you without having it classed as a new request and potentially waiting a month for a response

Dear Freedom Of Information,

It is for the actions and should be considered within the original request.

Yours sincerely,

Dan Peers
