Dear Mr Leon Marsh

Re: Request for Information received on 6 December 2014.  Our Ref:
RFI/1147

I write further to your recent request for information. Please
find detailed the following information as per your request:-

In your response, you stated "Ten appeals were resolved before the
hearing."

For clarification of my FOI request, would you please detail at what point
during the appeal process these 10 cases were resolved before the hearing
and how they were resolved (i.e did your board offer a statutory
assessment etc), and of these 10 cases how many Case Statements did your
board prepare and submit to the SEN & Disability Tribunal.

In all these cases the Board agreed to carry out a statutory assessment.
In five of the cases a Case Statement was submitted to SENDIST before the
Board agreed statutory assessment; the other 5 were agreed by the Board
without a Case Statement.

Yours sincerely
