Thank you for your request for an internal review received on 19 December
2022 concerning Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council, Please can we
have the stats for the following:
How many refusal to assess appeals have been registered this year?
How many of these were upheld?
How many refusal to issue have been registered this year?
How many of these were upheld?
How many contents and placement appeals have been registered this year?
How many of the parental preference for placement were named?
How many children have EHCP's in your LA?
How many of these are in mainstream settings?
How many of these are in specialist?
How many of these have EOTAS?
How many Children with special educational needs have no placements
currently?.
 

We're contacting you about your internal review (IR) request received on
19 December 2022.

We need more time to consider and respond to your internal review (IR)
request under FOIA.

H&F's website has more information about your information rights.

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) recommends we respond to
internal review requests within 20-40 working days.

We're extending the deadline for your request to 40 working days because
we need to consider the public interest test for s.22 (future publication
exemption ) We also need to consult with other parties before we can
respond.

We now plan to respond by 15 February 2023.

Please include 6671937 on all correspondence about this request.

 
We are now considering the request but we need more time to process it.
This is because we are assessing the available Government Open data and
our record in relation to your request . We will now try to respond to you
by 15 February 2023.
