Our response is as follows:

 1. How many refusal to assess appeals have been registered this year? 24
 2. How many of these were upheld? 5 out of 14 appeals of this category
that have been completed. 10 are currently on-going
 3. How many refusal to issue have been registered this year? 16
 4. How many of these were upheld? 3, a total of 8 appeals in this
category are currently on-going
 5. How many contents and placement appeals have been registered this
year? 14
 6. How many of the parental preference for placement were named? For 2022
secondary transfers, a total of  76 children were offered 1^st
parental preference.
 7. How many children have EHCP's in your LA? 2424 across all ages (0 –
25) as of 30/11/2022
 8. How many of these are in mainstream settings? 1407
 9. How many of these are in specialist? 746
10. How many of these have EOTAS? 6
11. How many Children with special educational needs have no placements
currently? 26
