SOP SEND 005 Hold mediation and Conduct Trribunals v1 dated 15-08-2019

Can you please provide me with the following or direct me to where I can find them online:

1. copy of the current versions and all previous versions of the above 2 SOP SEND policies

2. A list of all SOP SEND policies

 Please note these are the three documents we have been able to locate -
we have not been able to locate any previous versions. These are not
currently used documents.

On the Reading Borough Council Website there is a publication scheme where
you can [1]search previous Freedom of Information requests that have been
responded to, to locate an answer to a future FOI request.

If you are unhappy with this response to your request for information
under the Freedom of Information Act then you may ask for an internal
review. Please make a request in writing to the Information Governance

many Thanks for the 3 requested documents. However in your response you states: "These are not
currently used documents." Can you please confirm what date these were decommissioned?

Please note my original request I asked the following : " 2. A list of all SOP SEND policies" This part of my FOI remains outstanding. I respectfully ty remind you that the statutory time frame has now elapsed. so please furnish me with this information asap.

Dear Ms Prentice

Thank you for your email.

I have been advised that those documents had not been updated and so stopped being used a long time ago. BFFC did nit have the exact date staff stopped using them.

You asked of all current SEND policies.

The SEND Team advised they are no longer using SOPs and there are no current SOPs available. SEND is an area of practice that is heavily legislated. They are using the Children and Families Act 2014, the associated Regulations, The O-25 SEND Code of Practice 2015 and recent Case Law to underpin their practice in the team now.
