- 2023 - 2024 Term 1
2) The cost of each individual placement for each of the academic years detailed above
3) The cost of taxi transport for each academic year/term above

Thank you for your recent request received by the Council on 15th November
2023.
You have requested the following information under the provisions of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000:
1) How may children with EHCP's attend Hurst Lodge School in Yateley for
the following academic years/ terms:
- 2021 - 2022 Term 1 / Term 2 / Term 3
- 2022-2023 Term 1 / Term 2 / Term 3
- 2023 - 2024 Term 1
2) The cost of each individual placement for each of the academic years
detailed above

Our response is as follows:
In 2021 2022 academic year - zero
In the 2022 - 2023 academic year we are unable to provide this information
under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as to the low
numbers of data subjects involved could lead to identification of an
individual.
The annual costs of places in total £ £77, 085.
Transport Costs:
Academic year 2021 - 2022 - Zero
Academic year 2022 - 2023 - £23,184
Academic year 2023 - September and October - costs £2,456.00 thus far.

Dear The FOI Team,
Many thanks for the information however I would like you to clarify the following please:
1) You have not o provide the academic costs for the xmas term 2023-20224 as requested , please do so?
2) as you are aware my daughter is one of these school children therefore process this as a SAR and provide me with her individual fees forthwith.
3. Transport Costs: Academic year 2022 - 2023 - £23,184 please confirm if this is the combined cost of the Taxi and the PA or just the taxi? If it is the former please provide me with just the taxi cost not including the PA costs.
