Dear Ms Higgins

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

Please find the response to your request below.

Please note that there is no contract, but rather a development agreement
that was put in place in February 2012. This was arranged and hosted by
Doncaster Council, and the development agreement contains a licence
agreement for Doncaster and any other participating authorities to be able
to join to use the system. Wakefield, along with other authorities, pays
a licence fee to be able to use the Information and Advice functionality.
There is no end date to our knowledge, and Local Authorities can give
notice at any time.

The organisation was Shop to Support at the time (now PCG Technology
Solutions).

I trust that this information is satisfactory for your purposes.

Yours sincerely
