Dear Warwickshire County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Warwickshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'SEND Change Programme approved at Cabinet / June 2020'.
The SEND & Inclusion Change Programme has been cited as (a) co-produced and (b) linked to a peer review and consultant-led report conducted by Impower in 2019 / 2020. It has been shared that the Change Programme Strategy, approved by Cabinet in June 2020, was directly sourced from the recommendations made by the peer review and also the Impower report.
We refute this claim and wish to be able to compare the original review and report findings with the SICP recommendations and the strategies embedded within it.
