Dear Northamptonshire County Council,

Please provide a copy of your equality and accessibility strategy.

Please advise how the Local Authority is promoting the inclusion of disabled children within local maintained schools in the communities where they live.

Please advise how information about how top up funding can be sought is disseminated to schools and when that information was sent out.

How many children are sent to independent schools locally because the LA chooses not to instruct local schools to admit them? What are the costs involved with each placement.

How many of these children are sent to independent schools which are not requested by those holding legal PR for the child?
