SEN funding

The request was refused by EKC Group.

Dear East Kent College,

I am making a request under the freedom of information act.

I would like to know the funding in which you receive for students that have SEN but without an EHC (Education, health and Care) plan at the Dover Campus and all sites in general.

Also how many students in the Dover Campus have SEN but without an EHC plan.

Yours faithfully,

Dear East Kent College,

This is a polite reminder that you haven’t responded to my Freedom of Information request.

By law, public authorities must respond “promptly” to requests.
In any case, the law states that you must respond within 20 working days.

This has gone past the 20 day deadline.

If I do not receive a response within the next 2 weeks I shall be reporting you.

Yours faithfully,

Alison Gray, EKC Group
