Dear Ms Nicholson

Further to your recent FOI enquiry, please see responses highlighted in
blue below provided to me by the Head of SEN & Disability Team.

Response (1) None

Response (2) None

A range of direct payments are made for Short Breaks services through the
Disabled Children’s Team where children care needs, after careful
assessment may qualify for a level of short breaks.

However none of these direct payments were as a result of the pilot SEN
Pathfinder work but related to ongoing need within the community.

We trust this completes your FOI enquiry which has now been closed.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Regards
