Thank you for your request for information, which was received by
Manchester City Council on 4 July 2013 and has been considered under the

(ii) details of what types of provision these payments were awarded for -
To pay for teaching assistant, speech and language therapy and ASD support

(iii) the number of requests refused and the reasons for the refusals
(including head teacher refusing consent) - None

(iv) copies of any block funding contracts with health service providers
for special educational needs provision - We do not have any health block
contracts apart from with CAMHS
