(iv) copies of any block funding contracts with health service providers
for special educational needs provision

Speech and language services are part of the services commissioned to
support children and young people with special education and learning
needs(SEN). Funding for this service  is provided from a combined budget
from West Sussex County Council SEN and Early Years as well as the Health
component as part of a block contract, health contracting managers have
with Sussex Community Trust(SCT)- the service providers

SCT provide most health services to children and young people in West
Sussex  and historically the individual budgets for services have been
paid to them as a block contract.  We do not have a separate block
contract for health services to SEN.

Yours sincerely

Sue Bryan
